Cool. Welcome to my blog. I'm Michael Verdi and here are a few links to stuff I'm involved with to give you a little background on me.

SAY Sí - San Antonio Youth YES This is where I work. It's an amazing after-school art program for teenagers.

So I'm sitting at home today (my day off) and I'm waiting for the garage door repairman. Of course he's got 12 more minutes to get here by the latest time he promised. So much for my afternoon of movie watching. It's a beautiful day here in San Antonio - sunny and 80 degrees - so I'm going to go mow the grass while I'm waiting. Mowing the grass, by the way, is one of the things that I do to come up with ideas for stuff. I guess I'll let you know how it goes.

---

Well, still no garage door man. I did get my car inspected and went to take a picture of the foundation of my new house. Ideas... I just had ideas about this blog. How do I post a picture? How do I change the code on this template?

---

So posting pictures requires blogger pro - $35/yr. I guess I'll skip that for now. You'll just have to look at the rest of my website to see pictures.

Oh. I added a little blog icon to the front page of my site so you can access this page directly.

And the other thing I wanted to add was: Gray Matter Gravy was the name of my cable access TV show 1992 - 1993. This is kind of the same thing.

Hey speaking of TV shows... I'm going to catch up on my Farscape viewing. If you don't know about Farscape your missing one of the best sci-fi shows ever. The really crappy part though, is it got cancled. The Sci-Fi channel had renewed it for seasons 4 and 5 and then cancelled it after they finished shooting season 4. So there's only a few more episodes left and then it's just going to end.
