(Spoiler Warning!) More Matrix Thoughts (Spoiler Warning!)

I saw Reloaded a second time on Friday and I’ve been thinking about it a lot. Here are some of the things I think I figured out:
1. The “Real World” is another Matrix – that’s why Agent Smith is there and Neo has superpowers at the end.
2. Neo is a computer program – the Architect tells him that “The One” is an anomaly in the code of the Matrix.
3. The reason for the focus on sex, i.e. the love scene, the Zion dance orgy, the magic chocolate cake, and the kiss with Persephone is because Neo is different from previous One’s in that he is in love. That’s why Persephone wants a kiss – she wants to see if he kisses like a human or a machine.
