Dylan got a goldfish.
[Update: 4/25] 6 days after arriving at our house, Henry was found dead this morning. Dylan believes the cause of death to have been Ichthyophthirius multifiliis as she noticed small white cysts on him about a day and a half ago.

That quite an elaborate tank for a goldfish. My first goldfish we just used a large bowl that needed to be half emptied and refilled every day. Life expectancy was a couple weeks.

That’s the recorded audio + some eq and reverb. I was trying to give a sound more like what I imagine the fish hears.
That is one big tank….and I think it was way more exciting than watching me eat
I also have to say Michael, I think yours are some of the best looking video’s on the net. You really seem to have gotten down pat, encoding for the web, and more…they always look great…seriously….they are just nice looking

His name is Henry. I hope he doesn’t die soon since they had to go out and get him that fancy tank (and also because it’s not cool to die early).
As long as she doesn’t have the same fish raising genes that I have; Henry should be fine. I have never had good luck. The biggest problem I always had was the fish would get to close the filter thing and would get stuck on it and somehow died. Or the water would somehow turn cloudy and I would find them dead.

This totally reminds me of Lost In Translation, or Virgin Suicides or similar. The pacing the choice of cuts, the composition. Really really liked it. Agree, the audio was outstanding, really subtle enough to enhance the overall mood without being in your face.
Sorry to hear Henry did not make it. But his likeness will live on for as long as there is power to the WP mainframe
