This is a tiny piece of a project that I’ve been working on for months now. It was a lot of fun to do and I’m pretty happy with the way it turned out. It a six-part machinima series based on Scion City. The website is done in flash (I built that too) and as the videos play, extra content becomes available. Part of the idea is that people can add on this story or create tangental stories so we kept all of our sets, props and avatars and put them in a backlot that is open to anyone via Second Life.     Awesome!
    It’s 2am. I’m totally exhausted, but I had to stay up to watch the 3 episodes that play at the site. I love it. Love the site design and the way the great abundance of extra background material appears - especially that it’s unlabelled for exploring & discovery - I love that stuff. I’m intrigued.
    Looking forward to seeing the rest and watching what people submit themselves.

    This is really beautiful — an amazing feat to have pulled it off. Cannot wait to see people begin interacting with it and solving/creating the mystery.

    i hope scion really does take this second life idea seriously….
    and only make cars powered off the sun.

    Hey Clintus - it was all shot inside of Second Life and I edited it in Final Cut Pro.

    Wow I am very excited by your work and I have just spent a night creating a shooting script in my head and working out why the characters suddenly have British accents - is there a wiki or other site to work with other remote machima makers, actors and cameras?
