A lot of themes lost their blogroll/links area - some kind of change in the way WP handles that info. I had to switch my theme - I don’t have time to try and hack it and would probably just make it worse.

Yeah looks like the way this theme does the blogroll doesn’t work any more. The theme is widget compatible so I tried messing with those (thus the recent comments) but it didn’t make a difference.
Find a new 2.1 template that works fully (2.1 comes with Classic and Default) — go into that theme’s sidebar, and copy out the code to create the link list. Paste that into your theme’s sidebar, in place of the not-working-now code — and you should be good to go.
There’s Jen with the common sense fix. Duh. Speaking of themes, how are you getting your header image to rotate? I used to do that with a little PHP thing when I used Movable Type, but I tried that in Wordpress and it didn’t work for some reason. If you have time to clue me in I’m all ears.
Yeah Jen’s solution is the first thing I tried but it didn’t fully work on this template (it’s got some pretty different looking php thing going on). As for the header images it’s a plugin - Random Header.
