What can I say about Erik Nelson. I really love and respect his work. He’s also a professional basketball player. WTF? And even though we learn a lot about him through his videos we never really get to see him. Until this year’s Vloggercon, this 10 seconds from one of Ryanne’s videos is all that I’ve really seen of him. But this time we both stayed with Jay and Ryanne so I was able to get lots of Erik on video. Check it out.

I’m seeing a great deal of similarity between your interview with Erik and your interview with the seagull. ;)

Erik Nelson is a mystery shrouded by an enigma wrapped in a conundrum.

No matter how hard you try, there is no ignoring Michael Verdi.

You reminded me of the paparazzi. This was fun and still left that bit of mystery.

I think if I met Erik Nelson, it would have to be on the moon, in some bubble floating just high enough so that we saw eye to eye, yet we would be like TV people, like that Dire Straits music video…block heads basically looking at the shape and points of our heads, trying to decide where the right angles belong, where we connect and how things started and why we share so much in common yet the distance tears and pulls us, keeping us so far, yet so intensely close…video blogging…thank you

That was deliciously cruel and wonderful.
