I can tell you right now that I’m not doing the 30 videos in 30 days thing. But seeing that NaVloPoMo is happening I took a look through some of things I’ve shot on my phone and found these. Over the last year a lot of new kids have moved into the neighborhood. This is what they look like from in front of my house.

Thank You Michael. I grew up in a neighborhood much like that were we played in the street cause there were few cars – mostly people who lived on that street. The video reminded me of how when we were kids at that time of day the only thing we had to worry about was what time our parents would call us back in the house.. Life was so simple then… Sigh

Nice shot, for a phone! Pretty idyllic street life, too.

We just moved to the suburbs from downtown SLC. The MAJOR difference is the number of children. It sounds just like that outside my house all the time now.

I was surprised how much I missed the sound of kids. Isolating the age groups is wrong. Hiding in Sugarhouse, I never saw kids, even on Halloween. That just seems unnatural to me.

The fact that I never see old people is just as wrong.
