If you are reading this at michaelverdi.com you will have noticed things look a little different. That’s because it just felt like time for a change – things didn’t look right to me anymore. I guess you can also explain it as backlash from spending days on end designing the new Freevlog. Anyway, there is more to this post. This video was orginally posted to Secret Lair on March 2 and now I’m rethinking the whole multiple sites thing. 1. I don’t have time with all the other things I’m involved in. 2. There’s no reason to not post everything here. Keeps everything clean and simple.

Hey David, the last shot there is fake tilt shift. I just blurred the top and the bottom in Final Cut Pro.

What do you mean by “check the older vlogs?” Are you having trouble finding my other posts? Sorry about that. I just wanted something that looked a little less “blog like.” Everything is still here – I just have it set to display one per page. You can click the link for “previous entries” if your on the front page or if you’re viewing a permalink there are links at the top for previous and next entries. Also I still have my video archive – link is at the bottom of each page. And if you click the sitemap link at the bottom of the page you’ll see links for monthly archives.

Those look like some toy cars. It looks more like a model of a city than a real shot.

Michael, like your new look. I also like your comment about wanting to look “less blog like”. I am currently reworking my site layout to breakfree from the standard look, and to be more user-friendly. Anything that improves usability is a good thing.
