Might you have any advice on picking a decent first digital video camera for an aspiring video blogger? I’m looking for something for less than $1000, and have been considering a couple of 3CCD Panasonics.
It’s been a while since I’ve been in the market for a sub $1000 video camera. I bought my Sony Digital 8 camera 5 years ago for $850. They sell smaller cameras with more features for about $350 – $450 now. If you’re getting a camera for videoblogging I would stick with something in this range and spend the money you’d save versus a 3 chip camera on a Macintosh computer if you don’t already have one. A 3 chip camera is way overkill for videoblogging! Plus a Mac and iMovie will make your videoblogging life so much easier.
I came across this by complete accident, by The Chain by Fleetwood Mac makes an excellent soundtrack for the Youngest Videoblogger video that you made of your daughter.
